Loyalty programme

Getting started is effortless. The moment you make your first deposit, you're automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Programme and you can start earning points right away.

Your level is determined by the loyalty points you collect. Points are earned on every bet you place — whether with real or bonus money. For every £20 wagered on slot games, you earn 1 point.

1. Your participation in the Loyalty Programme begins automatically upon making your first deposit.

2. Players earn 1 point for every £20 wagered on slot games.

3. Points are accumulated from bets placed with both real money and bonus money.

4. Points are credited for slot games only. Bets placed on table games and live dealer games do not count towards point accumulation.

5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. They serve solely to determine the player's rank level within the programme.

6. The Loyalty Programme consists of 100 levels. The more points a player accumulates, the higher their rank.

7. Rewards are credited to the player's account within 24 hours of reaching a new rank level.

8. Free Spin rewards must be activated within 1 day, cash rewards must be activated within 3 days.

9. Once activated, all rewards (cash and Free Spins) must be wagered within 7 days.

10. Cash and Free Spins rewards must be wagered 30 times (30x) before any withdrawal can be made.
