Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 All and any bonuses are available to players from any countries which Slotochu Casino accepts, except for players from Sweden and Finland.

1.2 All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses. The player should register personally and shall not provide access to their account or allow using the website by any third party including but not limited to minors.

1.3 While you have an active bonus, maximum bet for all game types (slots, live games, table games, scratch, action games) is £/€5 (unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to 'respin') will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Slotochu Casino reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.

1.4 To get any deposit bonus credited to your account, you need a deposit of at least £/€20. To activate the bonus, you must enter the relevant promo code in the deposit field before completing your transaction. Please note that bonus codes are case-sensitive (e.g., 'CODE' and 'code' are treated differently), so make sure to enter the code exactly as provided.

1.5 To use the free spins, you need to visit your client area, open the "My bonuses" tab and activate the ones you need. They will then become available for the corresponding slot.

1.6 When using an activated bonus, the real money from the player's account is wagered first and only then the bonus money.

1.7 Only one bonus can be activated at a time. The deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

1.8 All deposit bonuses have a x40 wagering requirement, if not stated differently in specific promotions or individual bonus terms.

1.9 The maximum winnings from deposit bonus free spins are unlimited, while the maximum winnings from a deposit cash bonus are limited to 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus Terms & Conditions. For no deposit bonuses, the maximum winnings from free spins are limited to £/€100 (or the equivalent in the player's currency), and from cash bonuses to 5x the bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will be forfeited.

1.10 If for any reason the selected deposit bonus did not activate, the player must seek assistance from the customer support team before playing. If the selected deposit bonus wasn't activated and the player spent some or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.

1.11 A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player. A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.

2. Bonus Wagering Terms

2.1 Please mind the fact each game comes with its own wagering %:

• Table games – Baccarat, Blackjack, Hi-Lo – 5% (except for games with a live dealer)
• Videopoker – 5%
• Roulette, Poker – 5% (except for games with a live dealer)
• Slots – 100%

2.2 Games from jackpot and bonus buy categories are excluded from bonus promotions.

2.3 Both the bonus and the winnings will be removed once the bonus expires.

2.4 Please, note that 100% of the bet amount is fully taken into account when wagering the deposit bonus.

2.5 Any bonus can be cancelled before you start playing it through. Otherwise, by cancelling the bonus the player accepts that all the winnings gained while playing with this bonus, if any, and the bonus amount are deducted from the player's balance. 2.6 A player can change currency only after the first stage of the welcome bonus has been completed. For instance, if the player already made a deposit of £/€20 claiming the first welcome bonus, they can later use another currency for the second deposit.

2.7 Players can withdraw the deposit made before meeting the wagering requirements, but keep in mind that the bonus and any resulting winnings will be forfeited.

2.8 If a player is suspected of abusing a free spin promotion, or if a player hasn't wagered the sum of deposit they made to receive these free spins at least 3 (three) times (excluding bets made on table games), Slotochu Casino, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel all free spin bonuses and any winnings acquired from them.

2.9 Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game, is prohibited.

3. Additional Terms

3.1 The management of the Slotochu Casino reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices.

Bonuses offered by Slotochu Casino are intended for genuine recreational players only. The bonuses are not intended to give away free money to players classified as "bonus hunters" or "bonus abusers".

Slotochu Casino management will review all player accounts and classify them at their discretion. Once a Player is classified as a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser", all winnings and bonuses will be voided.

Bonus hunting practices are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, postponing playing rounds or waiting to use free spins and bonus rounds until you are no longer playing with bonuses.

3.2 At the Slotochu Casino it's forbidden to abuse the bonus offers available (customer bonus ratio (deposits : bonuses) over 50%). If any such cases come to light, the casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of abusing the bonus offers and disable the option of using any bonuses for that account in future.

3.3 It's forbidden to postpone any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make new deposit(s).

3.4 The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

3.5 The Slotochu Casino reserves the right to change these terms at its discretion any time.

3.6 Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching the amount of £/€0.01 or less.*

*This term only applies balance tied to bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus or only bonus in case of no deposit bonus, and doesn't apply funds on player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.

3.7 Max bet limit £/€5 includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed, bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

3.8 Cancelling any part of the bonus at any stage prior to completion, will forfeit the rest of the offer.
